SkyDrive announced the appointment of Mr. Adam Hollis, former Senior Supply Chain Manager of Rolls-Royce as the Company’s General Manager of AirMobility Supply Chain Management Department. Adam joined SkyDrive on 1st of April, 2024.
Adam holds a Manufacturing Engineering and Management Masters Degree from University of Nottingham and has 15+ years experience at Rolls-Royce. He has extensive experience in supply chain development, manufacturing engineering and quality management, particularly in Asia, including Japan, South Korea and India.
At Rolls-Royce, Adam has held the positions of Manufacturing Engineer since 2009, Supplier Quality Technical Manager since 2011, Manufacturing Engineering Manager since 2015 and Supplier Management Team Manager since 2018.
During the three years from March 2021, he was responsible for all supply chain activity for multiple commodities across Japan, India and Taiwan. Adam has led and developed cross-functional teams to achieve world-class quality, delivery and cost performance. We believe his track record and knowledge will be invaluable to SkyDrive as we accelerate the development of our products.
I am extremely excited to join Skydrive as it accelerates towards certification, entry into service and production. I am confident I can use my experience of building teams, developing international supply chain relationships and delivering results in culturally diverse environments to establish a world class Procurement function, enabling Skydrive to achieve success in this fast paced and dynamic sector of the aerospace industry.
